In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "AML" — means Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

By accessing the kn88 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Any funds suspected of being proceeds of unlawful activity will be reported and frozen pending investigation.

kn88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentive schemes to registered Users. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Bonus offers are limited to one per eligible User, household, IP address, and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• kn88 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed game providers. Published RTP figures are accurate and available in the game information panel.
• All game outcomes are final once confirmed by the kn88 server. In cases of discrepancy between a User's screen and the server record, the server record is conclusive.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kn88 Platform. Breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without their full knowledge and written consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players or with kn88 staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live table games such as baccarat or poker variants.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid AML reporting thresholds, or using the kn88 Platform to process funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or to trigger unintended game outcomes without immediately notifying kn88.
• Abusing the bonus system through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering groups, or any other systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward kn88 support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access kn88's Platform infrastructure, backend systems, or another User's Account without authorization.

Real-money gambling on the kn88 Platform is strictly prohibited for persons under the age of 21 years, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. kn88 employs age verification measures at registration and may conduct additional age checks at any time. Any person who knowingly facilitates underage gambling, including by sharing Account credentials with a minor, is in breach of these Terms and may face legal liability under Philippine law.

kn88 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every User's Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kn88 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the kn88 Platform without kn88's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kn88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of the kn88 Platform, even if kn88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

kn88's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that User into their kn88 Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kn88 does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses; (b) any specific game will be available at any given time; (c) the results of using the Platform will meet any specific outcome requirements of the User. The kn88 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

kn88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at kn88.onl/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to kn88's processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

kn88 is committed to complying with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 10173) and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by kn88, subject to our legal retention obligations and KYC/AML regulatory requirements that may override deletion requests.

Either party may close a kn88 Account at any time. Users wishing to close their Account should contact kn88 support. kn88 will process any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable time following Account closure, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

kn88 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where kn88 reasonably believes that: (a) a User has breached these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or AML-prohibited activity; (c) continuation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to kn88. In cases of fraudulent conduct, any Balance in the Account may be forfeited in full.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict-of-law provisions that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the kn88 Platform, shall first be submitted to kn88's customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section shall prevent kn88 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights, property, or intellectual property pending dispute resolution.

kn88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kn88 will provide notice via: (a) a prominent announcement on the kn88 Platform homepage; and/or (b) email notification to your registered email address; and/or (c) an in-Account notification visible upon next login.

Amended Terms take effect on the date stated in the update notice. If you continue to use the kn88 Platform after amended Terms take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms in full. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
